Where to do you Ship?

You can have your order delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France or Germany.

- at your house

- at the office

- at a bpost collection point (Belgium)

- in a parcel machine of bpost (Belgium)

- at a DPD collection point (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany)

- at a Mondial Relay collection point (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

How much are the shipping costs?

Free shipping within the Benelux to a DPD collection point for purchases from 75 euros. 

You can consult shipping costs in the checkout.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage.

 

The shipping costs depend on the total weight and the shipping method. You can choose the desired shipping method yourself. The shipping costs are clearly stated with each shipping method.

Shipping couriers.

Deliveries are made by bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay, you can choose the best delivery option for your needs.

Packages are usually shipped the day after receipt of your payment. You will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package.

· Bpost strives for delivery the next working day within Belgium. In the Netherlands you will receive the delivery after 1 to 3 working days.

· Delivery time via DPD is 1 to 3 working days depending on your location.

· Delivery time via Mondial Relay is 3 to 6 working days depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order?

When you live in Belgium you can also pick up your order for free at Re-Belly at the following address:

        Lange Kroonstraat 146

        2530 Boechout – Belgium

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for you. Orders must be picked up within 14 days.

Please note that there is no store at this address.

In the event of non-collection, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or collection. For a new shipment, shipping costs will have to be charged again.

My order got damaged during delivery.

We do everything we can to send your items well protected. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your order, please contact annick@re-belly.be as soon as possible.
